• Press the mouth of the bottle over the client's eye and squeeze the appropriate amount of foam on the eye. 

• Use the brush provided in the box (be sure that it is clean) and lightly rub brush back and forth along the lash line and in a circular motion around the socket of the eye. 

• After cleaning, wipe the foam residue with a lint free gauze / cotton pad.

• Repeat steps if necessary.

LASHFIX, LLC. must be notified via email within ten (10) business days of receipt of merchandise. Orders over ten (10) days old are non-returnable and non-refundable. You are responsible for shipping charges. All items need to be returned within fourteen (14) days of receipt. No return will be accepted without prior authorization.    

Items must be unopened and in the original packaging. In the event that a return is a result of our error, we pay the return shipping. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
