LASHFIX, LLC. must be notified via email within ten (10) business days of receipt of merchandise. Orders over ten (10) days old are non-returnable and non-refundable. You are responsible for shipping charges. All items need to be returned within fourteen (14) days of receipt. No return will be accepted without prior authorization.    

Items must be unopened and in the original packaging. In the event that a return is a result of our error, we pay the return shipping.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

LASHFIX Foam Eye Pads are a great alternative to the traditional gel/collagen eye pads  that cause irritation, expire, and don't adhere very well. Our foam pads are medical grade pre-cut to suit all eye shapes and both eyes. The foam pads are packaged inside-out to protect the adhesive and keep it clean.
