Cleanse and remove any makeup residue prior to applying eyelash cream remover. With clients eyes closed - use a micro brush / lipstick wand and apply a small amount of cream to the base of the eyelash extensions where the bond meets the natural eyelash.

LASHFIX, LLC. must be notified via email within ten (10) business days of receipt of merchandise. Orders over ten (10) days old are non-returnable and non-refundable. You are responsible for shipping charges. All items need to be returned within fourteen (14) days of receipt. No return will be accepted without prior authorization.    

Items must be unopened and in the original packaging. In the event that a return is a result of our error, we pay the return shipping. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
